Imported all the way from Houston Texas, these Rangers boast a custom Gator Pit made by world-renowned Pit Builder, Ritch Robin and his team at Gator Pit. Add real wood, some locally sourced meat, and traditional Texas BBQ flavours, cooked "low and slow” – and you got yourself some finger-lickin’ delicious BBQ!
The team at Bella BBQ slow smoke their Pork and Brisket in their custom Yoder to create some of the most buzz-worthy food in town. Their popular Mega Burger is a whopping 600gram patty stuffed with cheese and jalapenos, then wrapped in bacon and smoked until juicy and tender, with a nice little pink smoke ring formed on the meat. Wow!
Some like it “low and slow”, but for those who enjoy “hot and fast”, look no further than the German Sausage Hut. After wooing the masses at Octoberfest last year, they will be back in action serving up traditional German Sausages, succulent Pork Belly and marinated Pork Neck Steaks, all grilled to perfection on a massive Wood-Fired BBQ – the only one of its kind in Australia!

But not just any kind of roll, rolls of the BBQ variety – stuffed with smoky spiced and seasoned meats, covered in homemade sauces, all resting on top of zingy fresh salads.
